Payment terms
Contrary to the General Terms and Conditions for Participation in Events MECC Maastricht BV (hereinafter referred to as the General Terms and Conditions), payment for stand rental [and any stand construction], plus the applicable VAT, must be made in two instalments in accordance with Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions, as follows:
- 1st Advance invoice of 25% of the total number of square metres registered for + the registration fees within 21 days of the date of the advance invoice (these invoices will be sent 365 days before the exhibition).
- 2nd advance invoice of 100% (minus 25% of the 1st advance invoice) within 21 days of the date of the 2nd advance invoice (these invoices are sent 60 days before the exhibition).
No advance invoices will be sent from 60 days before the exhibition. If you register less than 60 days before the first set-up day of the exhibition, the amount due must be paid in full at the time of registration and, in all cases, before the first set-up day.
